Our anger management classes have been meeting every Wednesday night, since 2009. In that time, we've had the privilege of helping countless clients improve their relationships, mood, and self-esteem. We'd love a chance to help you, too.
Our unique anger management program is based on behavioral science. It is a holistic program built on the best practices in behavior change, emotional regulation skills, and peer-reviewed literature in the field. We've added all of that to what we've learned from clients over the years and are proud to offer it to the community. Our goal is to help you understand intense emotions, or negative emotions like anger. With that understanding we can build the skills to use those emotions constructively, rather than destructively.
The cherry on top is that you'll learn a lot about yourself and how to be the person you want to be. If you're ready for anger management help, we want to work with you.
In our anger management program we work on one specific skill every week. By the end of ten weeks, students will have built a diverse toolkit of strategies for managing difficult emotions and building internal resources. Students learn core concepts of emotional mastery and effective strategies for implementing each week’s skill in their own lives.
Class time is a mix of therapist instruction, group discussion, and in-class exercises. We keep it lively while always presenting strategies based on validated anger management program research and our 15+ years of expertise in the field of anger and emotional regulation.
Each week you will receive an email with the week's anger management program reading, videos, meditations, and take-home exercises to enhance your learning. Our students love these emails and rave about the anger management help the provide.

All students complete a private intake session before they join the group anger management classes . Intakes sessions are held via zoom video / telehealth.

The group setting offers a chance to explore in a safe, shame-free environment. While some may be initially apprehensive about working in a group, once they join, students love it. The opportunity to hear the experiences of other decent, hard-working people who want to grown is one of the things our students enjoy and learn from most. Our clients are mostly non-mandated adult professionals and successful people who want to improve their families and relationships.
